Before using the products and services offered through www.bifamo.com (the "Website"), Member Users are required to accept this Membership and Terms of Use Agreement. The Terms of Use contained in this Agreement also apply to other Users and Visitors who are not Members. The provisions of this Agreement will apply to the extent applicable to your status while you visit, use, and utilize the Website.
- Usage and Security Rules
1.1 Membership registration is free of charge. Unlike non-members, members are granted advantageous benefits from the products and services offered through the Website for certain periods.
1.2 Members, other Users and Visitors are obliged to comply with the following rules during their stay on the Website; otherwise, the Website administration may prevent these people from using the address and may initiate legal action against them.
1.2.a It is forbidden to share false, irregular, incomplete and misleading information, statements that do not comply with general morality and information that contradicts the laws of the Republic of Turkey as comments (content) on the Site.
1.2.b All rights on the design, functions, working principle, visual and written content of the site belong to Bifamo Design Limited Company and cannot be copied or used, even partially, without the permission of these persons.
1.2.c. Member Users are responsible for the security of the username and password they provide when registering. The Member User is directly responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of sharing or allowing the use of this information by third parties or organizations.
1.2.d Member Users and other Users must not use someone else's IP address, email address, username, or similar personal data when purchasing a product. Failure to do so may constitute "identity theft" and may result in legal action being taken against you. Anyone who violates this provision is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liability.
1.2.e It is prohibited to engage in any actions that could threaten the security of the Site, interfere with the functionality of the Site, use software, or attempt to obtain information on the Site or its interface beyond the control of the Site's administration. Anyone who violates this provision is deemed to have accepted all legal and criminal liability.
- Responsibilities
2.1 Site Visitor Information (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked to streamline Site operation and improve product/service quality. This information is shared with companies we collaborate with in digital advertising and marketing to improve visitor and user experiences, in accordance with data protection legislation.
2.2 The Member User who creates a membership registration may start using the Site by filling in the required fields for registration and confirming his/her e-mail address and entering his/her e-mail address and password in accordance with this Agreement.
2.3 While using the products and services available on the Site, the User agrees to comply with the Turkish Penal Code, the Turkish Commercial Code, the Law on Intellectual and Artistic Works, the Decree Laws and legal regulations regarding the Protection of Trademark and Patent Rights, other relevant legislation, and all notices published on www.bifamo.com . All legal, criminal, and financial liability that may arise from use in violation of these notices and legislation belongs to the User.
2.4 If it is determined that the User does not comply with the obligations set forth in this Agreement and the Notices published on the Site, the User may be prevented from using the Site temporarily or indefinitely and/or the Member User registration may be closed.
2.5 Member Users may not take any action that prevents or obstructs other Users and Visitors from using the Site, or interrupts servers or databases by installing automated programs. They may not attempt to cheat. They accept all legal and criminal liability that may arise in the event of such a failure.
2.6 The User cannot delete or remove any copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights information on any digital or printed material obtained from the Site.
2.7 Membership cancellation and account deletion can be done by the Member User through the Site. The Membership Registration of the User who terminates his/her membership is terminated.
2.8 Different rules and obligations specific to that area may be posted in certain areas of the Site. Users of these areas must comply with the relevant Notices as set forth in Article 2.3 of this Agreement.
2.9 The personal data of Member Users, other Users, and Visitors are processed in accordance with data protection legislation. In this context, these individuals are required to read the "Information Notice" on the website.
2.10. Member Users and other Users are deemed to have acknowledged that the payment information (credit card, mobile number, etc.) they use in purchases made through the Site is accurate and that they are responsible for any legal and criminal liability arising from such information. Member Users consent to the use of the payment information they save in the member transaction area for subsequent purchases.
- Notification Addresses
3.1 Site Member Users and other Users acknowledge that the email address they provide is the official correspondence and notification address, and that the written address required for subsequent correspondence may be requested and reported through this channel. Any changes to the email address must be notified to the Site administration.
